Troy Pearce CPA B.E.Com C.dec Principal

Troy took over as Principal of the firm in January 2010 after having joined in 2003 as a Graduate Accountant.

He has a strong passion for helping business owners achieve success through bringing the numbers to life and shining the light on what is important. Working closely with clients to ensure their wealth goals are achieved. He understands that clients need support, quality advise, expertise and a sounding board.

He is a Certified Practicing Accountant and has a Bachelor of Electronic Commerce from the University of Queensland.

Another passion of Troy’s is sport in general but more specifically AFL, golf and motorsport.

Our job is to keep you safe and secure in the tax and business world, then to inspire and help you grow your profits, enjoy your business and live life to the full.

Michelle Ungermann Office Manager

Michelle is our Client Delight and Office Manager.  She has been with us since 1996 and is the glue that holds our office together.

She helps our clients with queries and will also be there to support them.

Forever smiling and enthusiastic when it comes to delivering great customer service – bringing a fabulous energy to our team culture.

Tamara Knox  Bookkeeper

We welcomed Tamara into our team in 2017.  She is an accomplished bookkeeper who specialises in MYOB, Xero and manual bookkeeping systems.  Tamara also prepares income tax returns for non-business clients.

As an expert in MYOB and Xero, Tamara provides bookkeeping support to clients. Now heavily involved in helping businesses solve their bookkeeping problems whether this is setting up MYOB or Xero, initial and ongoing training or turning the numbers into answers about their business performance.

She plays a vital support role within our team and in our clients businesses.
